I changed my brake, clutch, transmission and diff fluid for my S2000 a few days back. One can only hope that Honda makes another car as great as this one.

Tuned resonance damper i bet. Or the place to mount your muffler bypass valve.

No valve seems visible tho, so my bet is still a resonator to remove drone, despite them normally curving along the tubing.

As seen on my dad’s S2000, that’s the spot Honda designed for the electric cut out valve. Much recommend.

ah ok. I have seen them on intakes before but never an exhaust
